Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wrap and shipping box to ensure they arrive back at our studio safely.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
